God Gives us Peace

We all go through life with things that may cause us to worry and to be stressed out. There are things that is beyond our control, but we find ourselves trying to figure it out on our own.  The only thing that will make us feel better and get us through is having peace in our lives.  God is the only one who can give us peace when we find ourselves in this state.  “ Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.”   2 Thessalonians 3:16 Having the peace of God in your life is a wonderful feeling. The scripture states that “the Lord of peace himself will give you peace by all means”.  What does that mean for us as children of God?  Well, it means that because we are his children, the Lord knows all and no matter how me may feel, he will give us peace for our lives.   Because he is the Lord of peace, he will give us that peace that helps us throughout our lives.  Having that peace from God is a calm feeling...

Having Peace in your Life Going through this life, we find ourselves having good days and bad days. It seems like sometimes we find ourselves having more bad days than good.   It can be frustrating because it seems like noting seem to be going the way it should be going. We find ourselves stressed out because nothing seems to be going out way. We try everything we can to try to be happy, but it never seems to work out in our favor.    But the beauty of being a child of God, is the peace that he gives us to be able to bear anything that the enemy seems to throw our way.    Philippians 4:7- “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and mind through Christ Jesus.” (KJV)   I love this verse.  This verse means so much to me.
